The Fire Fighter’s Association is sad to report that The City has created a lengthy and extremely costly arbitration period.

This is The longest and most expensive contract arbitration in history.

The City of London is now adding many more months to the process.

These mediation hearings have failed.

The City of London has mysteriously deleted emails.

A number of the documents have disappeared. How is it possible that emails are deleted?

What happened to The Mayor’s campaign commitments to bring transparency and integrity to The City of London?

Calls to City Councillors predominately go unanswered.

Is council getting the whole story?

The City will only engage in conversation with your council about it behind closed doors.

The word "Racism" was recently Hijacked (Stolen) and renamed -- All in The Blink of an Eye.

Now you see it -- and now you don't.

We say -- Not so fast -- Hold your horses!

This is the most ​​"insulting reckless hijacking of any human rights committee​" we have ever had the displeasure of witnessing.

This hijacking is a glaring "Act of Racism" in and of itself!

This hijacking is a brazen attempt to deny the very existence of "Racism in London".

There was a time when Racism could not be talked about in London Ontario Canada. We​ can never​ let that time reappear​ in our City or our Country​ -- ever again.

It is obvious that the renaming of "The London Diversity and Race Relations Advisory Committee" was not given any deep, serious, probing thought by many Councillors.

Councillor​s Harold Usher​ and Mo Salih would have ​the best insights into Racism. Ask them to explain the "Ugliness of Racism" and you had better ☛ listen carefully to their answers.

Three people, Twenty percent (20%) of our council were not even provided with a method of casting their vote on this decision via telephone or any other modern technology.

We have Fifteen members of our city council that are for the most part, good and decent people.

Too often, some of these same Fifteen people make extremely serious City of London decisions in a fashion that is "Bewilderingly Stupid and Reprehensible".

There appears to be a form of "mental inbreeding" that occasionally contaminates many, but not all of our Councillor's minds.

Some issues are so important, we feel it is necessary to use extra words to help paint a nice clear unambiguous ​picture.

R​eprehensible​ ​-- Related​ ​Words​:​ bad, guilty, sinful, wicked​,​ foolish, irresponsible, reckless​,​ amerciable,​ ​chargeable, disciplinable, impeachable, indictable, punishable​,​ criminal, illegal, illicit,​ ​unlawful​,​ illegitimate, improper, wrongful​.​

Some City Councillors and others at City Hall use the following tactics in their various diabolical schemes:

Out-of-sight... Out-of-mind ❀ Sweep it under the rug ❀ Hide it! Hide it! ❀ Cover-it-Up!

No one will notice, and even if they do, we can make up a few lies and use our cute little "Bundle-of-Tricks" -- Just like we always do.

We will be accountable to No One -- Especially any person from The Max Mason Society!

This "Hijacking" took place in such a devious, nonchalant​ and blasé fashion. It was made to look so innocent, "like a child playing hopscotch or skipping rope".

Nero fiddles while Rome burns.

Nonchalant -- Synonyms: apathetic, casual, complacent, disinterested, incurious, insensible, insouciant, indifferent, perfunctory, pococurante, unconcerned, uncurious, uninterested.

Nonchalant ​-- ​Related Words: halfhearted, lukewarm, tepid, aloof, cold, numb, remote, unemotional, callous, hard-hearted, insensitive, unfeeling; calm, cool, detached, dispassionate, careless, heedless, mindless, impassive, impervious, phlegmatic, stoic (or stoical), stolid, lethargic, listless, unimpressed.

We do not enjoy having to write to our city council and other Londoners about Racism, Truth and Justice​,​ but it is the least we can do.

A sad unforgettable day in London's history.

750 Brave Members of CUPE Union Local 101 are repeatedly deceived and manipulated.

The 750 Brave Ones were the victims of "A Deceptive Fraudulent Scheme".

What was the incentive for The Schemers?

Was it for personal financial gain?

If True -- It's Termination-Time!

On May 25, 2015 ● 750 Brave Members of CUPE Union Local 101

Were forced to say "NO MORE" to The City of London.

They were literally forced to go on Strike

And to Stay on Strike for "SIXTY" long, hot, nerve shattering days.

It is abundantly clear that: ➤ A deceptive, fraudulent scheme was "planned and carried out" by Two or more people at London City Hall, against Union Local 101 and its 750 Members, on, before, and after May 25, 2015. This is called a conspiracy.

The conspiracy component makes The Scheme "so very much more morally offensive".

This was an Extremely Serious breach of London's Code-of-Ethics and Code-of-Conduct. This breach was so outrageous, it is cause for immediate termination of employment.

Definition of conspiracy: a secret plan made by two or more people to do something that is harmful or illegal. An agreement between people to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of their legal rights or to gain an unfair advantage.

When the orchestrators of the fraudulent scheme that caused The Strike are in Court, under oath, in front of a Judge -- They will squirm, and sweat, and tremble.

The Scheme that caused The Local 101 Strike is "Many thousands of times worse" and "Infinitely more damaging" than the harmless Joe Fontana and friends gathering at ➤ Billy T's ★ Tap and Grill -- 1600 Highbury Ave North in London, Ontario, Canada.

If Joe Fontana was still London's Mayor -- Would This Strike have happened?

We have no magic answers, but we have a few recommendations.

We believe that with the right strategy, The City will be faced with "An offer they can't refuse". Remember, that's what Don Vito Corleone said in "The Godfather" movie.

First and foremost: Never permit anyone to convince you that "there is nothing you can do" regarding your financial and mental damages inflicted by The Strike.

Each of You have rights that extend well beyond, and outside of, your collective union agreement. These are rights that no one or nothing can strip away from you.

Your Local 101 Union may feel that it is prevented or barred from pursuing The City for what each of you is owed.

You, singly -- or as a group "Outside of Union Local 101" have every right to use The Courts to achieve Justice. You will be an unstoppable force because you have The Truth on your side.

The Truth is a powerful, explosive, inescapable ingredient. The Truth always prevails -- Always!

To proceed Singly - You would file your claim with The Small Claims Court. We would recommend filing "100 claims at a time" and then follow up "Every 30 days" with "more claims in groups of 100" if needed. This would be like a blitzkrieg in slow motion.

To proceed as a Group - It would probably be a single class action lawsuit in The Superior Court of Justice.

A best first choice may be: You could singly, or as a group, contact the London Integrity Commissioner, Lawyer Gregory F. Stewart at 1-519-524-2154 in Goderich, Ontario.

Responsibilites of the Integrity Commissioner:

Investigate complaints and alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct for Members of Council.

Review the Code of Conduct for Members of Council and make recommendations on an annual basis.

Serve as an advisor to individual Members of Council in relation to the Code of Conduct and any procedures, rules and policies of the municipality governing ethical behavior, and "act as a proactive educator for Council, the Civic Administration and the Public".

Read the following letter to City Council to see where we stand on The Strike cause and solution.

We are quite determined to see that The Members of Union Local 101 get proper compensation from The City of London.

That women are not such "persons".

This judgement was overturned by the British Judicial Committee of the Privy Council
On 18 October 1929.
